Activities

You must be registered for the Executive Experience to participate in these events.

• Golf Scramble — A Golf Scramble will be held at the prestigious and beautiful Silverado Golf Course at the Silverado Resort and Spa North Course on Tuesday, April 8, with an 8:00 a.m. shotgun.
• Pickleball Tournament — A Pickleball Tournament will be held at the Silverado Resort and Spa on Tuesday, April 8, with a 9 a.m. start time. Don't forget your court shoes!

Make Reservations Now

We recommend reserving hotel rooms beginning on Monday, April 7 and checking-out on Thursday, April 10.

A very limited number of rooms are available the weekend before the event. Please reserve those as early as possible while they are still available.

Room rates are between $289 and $349 plus $35 per night resort fee and taxes.

The hotel cut-off date for reservations is March 7, 2025. After this date, reservations at this highly discounted rate will be subject to availability.

First night deposit (room tax and resort fee) will be charged at time of booking. No shows or guests who cancel a portion of their reservation within five (5) days prior to arrival day will be charged the full length of stay.

• Concord Airport (CCR) is 35.3 miles from the resort (approximately 50 minutes).
• San Francisco Airport (SFO) is 61.9 miles from the resort (approximately 1 hour 16 minutes).
• Oakland Airport (OAK) is 54.2 miles from the resort (approximately 1 hour 7 minutes).
• Sacramento Airport (SMF) is 67.5 miles from the resort (approximately 1 hour 19 minutes).
• San Jose Airport (SJC) is 84.7 miles from the resort (approximately 1 hour 39 minutes).

Registration Rates

For discounted NCBA Law Firm Member Rates, 2025 NCBA Membership dues must be paid by January 3, 2025.

Full Event Registrations include admission to educational sessions, social programs including the Monday Night Informal Happy Hour, Tuesday Night Networking Reception and the Wednesday Night Networking Reception and Dinner.

All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet NCBA eligibility policies. NCBA reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time. To confirm membership status with NCBA or to renew your membership, please email membership@creditorsbar.org.

Registration for the NCBA 2025 Executive Experience is open to all current NCBA Law Firm Members and those eligible to be a Law Firm member. If your membership is current, make sure you are logged in before registering to receive member pricing. If your membership is not current, join now. Vendors may attend the event as Sponsors only.

Quantity Discounts

NCBA offers a $100 discount per registration when registering 4 or more attendees. All attendees must be registered at the same time.

If registering 4 or more attendees in different registration categories or separately, please contact jessica@creditorsbar.org for assistance prior to registering.

Cancellation Policy

• Written cancellations received by February 28, 2025, will be processed less a $100 processing fee.
• Written cancellations received between March 1, 2025, and March 27, 2025, will be processed less a $350 processing fee.
• NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after March 28, 2025.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show attendees including cancellations due to weather.
• Because of the commitments required by NCBA, no refunds are offered for golf or pickleball.
• Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit requests to jessica@creditorsbar.org.
