When it comes to creditors rights law, nobody does a better job advocating for its members than NCBA. Whether at the state or federal level, NCBA is a trusted voice representing attorneys and law firms engaged in the practice of creditors rights law. From SCBA grant support and participation in amicus briefs to ensuring our members have a seat at the table and our voice is heard. Our efforts are three pronged: legislative, regulatory, and judicial. NCBA is leading the way.
Every year, more than 3,400 credit hours are awarded to over 500 creditors rights attorneys through NCBA Continuing Legal Education. Each year dozens of CLE eligible programs are offered, from our Connect Conference programming, Live Webinars, and On Demand CLE...and the list is growing. What’s more, NCBA CLE is FREE for members. All attorneys from NCBA member firms have access to FREE live webinars and recorded CLE via our easy-to-access online platform.
NCBA prides itself on its dedication to helping its members connect with clients and network with other Association members. Not only does NCBA maintain a Law Firm Directory, but we promote it to over 6,000 creditors annually, at the same time offering increased visibility to potential clients. The Directory now includes all office locations and additional states where our member firms are licensed to practice at no cost. Additionally at our annual Connect Conference, we host client meetings for recruitment of new law firm partners and face-to-face meetings with existing clients.
NCBA Conferences offer great opportunities to network, earn CLE credits, meet clients and vendors, and stay current with cutting edge educational content. Conferences are held in exciting locations around the country.
