Eric W Logvin

Eric is the Managing Partner at the Law Office of James R. Vaughan, P.C. The Scottsdale-based firm has collection and subrogation operations throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Washington. He is the President of the Arizona Creditor Bar Association, and regularly speaks at judicial panels, mediation clinics, law schools and at the State Bar on the topics of mediation, collections, community property, and ethics.

Eric was a track and field athlete at Arizona State University. He married another athlete (she runs and runs forever), and later he earned a JD from the night program at Phoenix School of Law. His family lives in Scottsdale and they can often be seen biking down the greenbelt together.
