Please note: Masking and social distancing—in accordance with the hotel, Orange County, Florida and CDC guidelines—will be required in all conference sessions, meeting spaces, and Exhibit Hall.

Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek - $199 + taxes 
Waldorf Astoria Orlando - $229 + taxes 

Book Rooms

The conference will take place at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek but the two hotels are conjoined and you can easily access conference events and the Exhibit Hall from the Waldorf Astoria.

Rooms booked in the NCBA room block through the NCBA reservation link also include complimentary Sleeping Room Wifi, Half Price Self-Parking, Shuttle to Disney Theme Parks and Disney Springs and access to Fitness Center. Rooms booked in the NCBA room block have the option to pay the $45 Resort Fee for some additional benefits. The resort fee is mandatory for rooms booked any other way. Please support NCBA and reserve your sleeping room in the NCBA Room Block at one of the official Conference Hotels.

The hotel will request a credit card when you make your reservation but will not charge it until you arrive.

The hotels DO have an early departure fee. Please make sure that you change your reservation or cancel any excess reservations at least 72 hours in advance, so you don’t get charged one night’s room charge.
