Law Firm
National Creditors Bar Association focuses primarily on addressing the needs of the creditors' rights attorney. Any law firm engaged in the active practice of creditors rights law, including solo practitioners, shall be eligible to be a Law Firm member of the Association, provided the qualifications are met.
In-House Counsel
National Creditors Bar Association recognizes the need for In-House Counsel for Creditors to stay up to date with the latest in creditors rights law. In accord with criteria to be established by the Board of Directors, the following companies shall be eligible for IN-HOUSE COUNSEL MEMBER status in the Association:
In-house counsel of a non-law firm, defined as an attorney who is employed full time by a non-governmental corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity, including its subsidiaries and organizational affiliates, that is not itself engaged in the practice of law or the rendering of legal services outside such organization.
NCBA Industry Partner
NCBA Industry Partnerships are available to vendors and suppliers to the creditors rights industry and are a new way to engage with NCBA members throughout the year. This program also offers an Introductory-Level Partnership for new companies to be introduced to NCBA and learn about our programs and offerings.
This event package is valued at over $4,500 and gives first-time partners an opportunity to experience our annual conference, year-round marketing options, and engage with our members year round.
