Since 2004, David Florio has been with the Law Offices Howard Lee Schiff, P.C. He has held a variety of roles in their attorney litigation department including FDCPA defense, appellate, legislative and court ruling making. He is currently a Principal and while leading and managing employees and vendors, he is also in the role of developing automation and analytics to improve efficiency and quality assurance in firm operations.
He earned his J.D. in 1996 from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 1992. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New Hampshire and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Brandon Speaks, Provana, LLC
Brandon Speaks is the Vice President of Consulting for Provana where he leads the development and implementation of all platforms and services for the legal vertical. He focuses on working with firms to find ideal solutions to the challenges they face. Prior to joining Provana, he spent 10 years managing operations and IT for a collections law firm.
