Craig Noack

Craig Noack has over two decades of experience dedicated to creditor representation in state and bankruptcy courts throughout Texas. Craig spent eleven years as in-house counsel in various roles with Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. and Midland Credit Management, Inc., which gave him nationwide experience in legal collections, compliance, bankruptcy, and management. Craig is now in private practice at the Noack Law Firm, PLLC in his native town of San Antonio, where he focuses on statewide judgment enforcement and receiverships. He is a past president and current board member of the Texas Creditors Bar Association, and a current board member of the Texas Association of Turnover Receivers. He is married to his law partner, Carolyn, and has two children, three dogs, two cats, and whatever foster animal his family has selected this month.
